Free shipping for any order of $75 or more AFTER the discount is applied.
All Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the order has been submitted successfully. Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following business day.
All online orders shipped to United States addresses are shipped by USPS or FedEx Ground Service. Regular delivery services require 5 to 10 business days to complete according to the distance and location. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands will be sent via the United States Postal Service only.
*2-day shipping and Next-day Delivery must be placed before 2 p.m. on the same business days to be processed on time. Saturday delivery is not included. Policies change without notice.
FedEx / USPS Shipping Guidelines
Shipping Carrier attempts to deliver packages three times within three consecutive business days. After three delivery attempts, They will leave a tag to let you know if they will redeliver the package the next day or if you will have to pick up the package at your nearest FedEx / USPS access point. They will hold your package for seven business days. If the shipping carrier does not receive a response from you, they will return the package to us. To re-ship your order, an extra shipping cost will be applied. There is an additional cost to request an address change after your order has been placed or submitted.
International Shipping Guidelines:
All international orders cannot be placed online. Please email your order to info@christonyc.com including your international address for the calculation of shipping cost. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance. International addresses are not qualified for free shipping. All international packages are sent via the United States Postal Service or FedEx depending on the destination and do not include customs tax and duty fees. A phone number is also required to ship internationally.
